HR Generalist
Overview The HR Generalist supports daily HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll support, and compliance. This role helps maintain a positive, organized, and legally compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, interviews, and new‑hire onboarding
- Assist employees with HR questions, benefits, and policy guidance
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation
- Support payroll with timecard review and attendance tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years HR experience preferred
- HR or similar business degree is preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills
- Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft 365

New Construction Customer Care Agent
Overview: We’re looking for a detail‑driven, customer‑focused professional to support homeowners and builders during the new‑construction warranty period. This role manages service requests, coordinates schedules with field technicians, and ensures every homeowner receives timely, professional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle homeowner and builder warranty calls, emails, and portal requests
- Verify warranty coverage and create service tickets
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for new‑construction service needs
- Communicate updates to builders, superintendents, and project managers
- Document all interactions, photos, and job notes in our system
- Follow up with homeowners to ensure issues are resolved
Qualifications
- Preferred 1–3 years of customer service, dispatching, or construction support experience
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with construction or plumbing is a plus
- Comfort using CRM/scheduling software
