Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruiting, interviews, and new‑hire onboarding

  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation

Qualifications
  • 3+ years HR experience preferred
  • HR or similar business degree is preferred

Overview: We’re looking for a detail‑driven, customer‑focused professional to support homeowners and builders during the new‑construction warranty period. This role manages service requests, coordinates schedules with field technicians, and ensures every homeowner receives timely, professional support.
 
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Preferred 1–3 years of customer service, dispatching, or construction support experience
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with construction or plumbing is a plus
  • Comfort using CRM/scheduling software

Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Gas Fitter to join our AUBURN TEAM. This role installs, maintains, and repairs natural gas and LP systems in residential and commercial settings. Must hold an active Alabama Journeyman Gas Fitter License and be committed to safety, quality, and professionalism. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair natural gas and LP piping systems
  • Perform pressure tests, leak detection, and system inspections
  • Install and connect gas appliances
  • Diagnose issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with Alabama state code, NFPA 54, and OSHA standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and support apprentices as needed

Requirement Highlights

  • Active Alabama Journeyman Gas Fitter License
  • Valid, in good standing, AL driver’s license
  • ALEA Driving Record
  • 5+ years gas fitting
  • Strong knowledge of gas codes, piping, and appliance installation
  • Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
